Manage Global Productivity with Our Enterprise Reporting Module (8-December-2009) The beginning months of 2010 will be very busy for us as we collaborate with the management at the Southern Californian Kaiser Permanente facilities to develop Global Enterprise Reports for their Department Administrators as well as Regional managers. This Enterprise Reporting module enables Kaiser's multi-facility organization to efficiently generate and distribute administrative reports from MedCorr (our Release of Information software). The reports are specifically designed to track and analyze key elements such as monthly trends, productivity statistics and allocation of resources. They are divided into various crucial categories: Legal Compliance and Productivity Statistics, which show turnaround times and completed times (in a range of days) for legal compliance requests, disability requests and all other requests. They can be generated at the regional level as well as the location / department level. Reports can be exported into Excel, Web Archive, Acrobat (.pdf), TIFF, CVS (comma delimited) and XML file. The Department Administrators and management at the Kaiser Permanente facilities in Northern California have been using this Enterprise Reporting module (but designed for their specific needs) for a few years. |
