Our Grapevine Legal Scheduling Made Easy In MedCorr (25-August-2009) The latest version of Visual Records' Release of Information (ROI) software system, MedCorr, Version 2.8, includes a new optional module called Legal Scheduling. The module was specifically developed for Legal Scheduling Departments, so they could easily keep track of and manage legal scheduling information such as physician depositions, court appointments, attorneys, chart orders, invoices and payments. By using the module, users are much more productive and improve their customer service with physicians, attorneys and other parties they normally work with. Some of the other benefits of the Legal Scheduling module include: A user-friendly interface with a detailed user guide. This eliminates the need for training fees or classes. An Appointments feature where users can schedule and re-schedule appointments quickly and easily. An Invoices feature allowing users to quickly add and print invoices and enter payments. Several form letters that show detailed legal and appointment information for the physicians or attorneys. MedCorr1 did have a legal scheduling module, which a Kaiser Permanente legal scheduling department in San Diego has been using for several years. Visual Records is currently converting their existing data into MedCorr 2.8.
